DDA has launched the Delhi Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026

 

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA)  has launched the Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026, offering more than 1,200 ready-to-move freehold flats in Narela, Delhi.

Here are the key details of the recently announced Delhi Development Authority (DDA) Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026, a discounted housing scheme aimed at making homeownership more affordable for eligible buyers. Working and Retired professionals (Karmajeevis) for sale of  3-BHK, 2-BHK and 2-BHK category Flats in  pocket -11 sector A1-A4, Narela, New Delhi    

Highlights:

·         The DDA has launched the Karmajeevi Awaas Yojana 2026, offering more than 1,200 ready-to-move freehold flats in Narela, Delhi.

·         Buyers receive a 25% discount on the flats under the scheme.

·         The initiative is intended to promote affordable homeownership and planned urban development in Delhi, with a focus on working professionals and eligible applicants.

Booking and Allotment:

Registrations have opened under the scheme.

Flats are to be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The DDA circular indicates that the scheme is scheduled to remain open until 30 October 2026, unless inventory is exhausted earlier.

 

Additional Features:

The homes are ready to move in, allowing buyers to take possession without waiting for construction to finish.

In some cases, buyers may have the option to combine adjacent flats into a larger unit, subject to DDA rules
