DDA-ROHINI HOUSING SCHEME 1981 DDA ANNOUNCEMENT DDA Flats in Rohini are forming news since after a gap of two years DDA or Delhi Development Authority has announced a housing scheme. Under this scheme, the DDA plans to construct a total of 6000 flats in North and South West areas of New Delhi. The DDA Flats scheme announced through the media in early June'2008 would invite applications in the next two months. The areas covered under this scheme include Dwarka, Vasant Kunj, Narela, Shalimar Bagh and Rohini. DDA Flats in these area would be developed under LIG and HIG categories. The property prices for flats in Delhi are touching all time high records. JDA to launch 'biggest' housing scheme in  Jan 2012 Dec 20, 2011, 05.45AM IST Jaipur: The Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) is gearing up for the land acquisition process for launching housing schemes in the city. The authority is also trying to give a push to the biggest housing scheme in the city at Nider which was facing problem on land acquisition since long. To launch the Anand Lok extension at Sikar Road, the JDA is in a process to acquire around 50 hectare lands. An official said the authorities have only to start the process of issuing notices under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1984.
